Maniototo Spring Snowfall

Part of our Southern Gold series – and on the cover of our 2022 Calendar.

Taken in October, the morning after 2021’s largest spring snowfall in the beautiful Maniototo district of New Zealand’s South Island. This image captures around a foot of spring snow on an old shearer’s cook house, in the shadow of the Hawkdun Range. Taken on private property having been granted access through locked farmer’s gates.

Canvas

Aluminium Board
