Smart Coupon Policy

• Coupons are valid for a limited time only until date of expiration as specified.
• Only the intended recipient of a coupon may use it.
• Should an unintended recipient use a coupon, then we reserve the right to request payment for the coupon amount prior to the transaction being completed.
• If a coupon is found to be misused, for example by a user creating multiple accounts for a single use coupon, then we reserve the right to cancel the order and close the user account.
• Grenfell Studios Limited reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
• If no end date is displayed, the coupon offer is valid for the specific item whilst it is visible on that item’s view item page on our storefront.
• Each coupon is identified by a unique code and has different requirements and rewards.
• Please check your coupon code as all requirements stated on the coupon must be met in order to receive the stated discount.
• If you do not purchase the qualifying item(s) added to your cart when the coupon is in effect, the discount will not apply.
• The coupon applies only to qualifying items as stated in the coupon.
• The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item(s).
• Promotions are limited to one coupon per person per transaction, unless otherwise specified.
• Coupons may only be used on the grenfell.co.nz store and in conjunction with the purchase of products or services sold by Grenfell Studios Limited.
• Promotional coupon codes may not be combined with other discounts or sales incentives unless otherwise specified.
• Coupons cannot be applied to previous transactions, including to any transaction that has been made but not yet fully paid.
• Coupons are not transferable for cash or other credit.
• If you return an item that was purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from any refund or store credit in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
• Coupon holders are required to pay any applicable sales tax related to the use of the coupon.
• Coupons are void if restricted or prohibited by law

Placing an order with a coupon code

From your Cart or the Order Summary in Checkout, enter the code and click “Apply Coupon”. Your order will update with the code applied when the code is valid against your order details.
In some cases, coupon codes may void existing promotions that have already been applied – i.e. not all coupons can be cumulatively applied to an order.

Still having issues? Please make sure there are no spaces before or after the code. We suggest copying and pasting the code directly if it was not automatically applied (e.g. in the case of a URL based emailed coupon).
